Does this sound familiar?

Everyone's talking about AI…

But I don't know what it means for me or my career. Am I already behind?

I have skills…

But I can't explain why anyone should pick me over someone else.

I've watched countless videos…

But I still feel stuck in the same place I was a year ago.

I know what I want…

But I have no idea where to actually start.

If any of this is you, you're not lacking potential. You're lacking clarity — and clarity is exactly what this programme is built to give you.

In 10 days, you'll go from confusion to clarity.

The Clarity Sprint isn't a course. It's a structured thinking experience built on frameworks tested with hundreds of young Africans.

You won't just learn. You'll produce: a positioning statement, a personal audit, and a 90-day plan you can execute the week after the programme ends.

Led by Destiny Ajakaiye — founder of FluideMinds, who went from working in a cyber cafe in Abuja to building software for international clients and organizations. Not by having all the answers, but by learning to ask the right questions.

Four things you'll have when you finish.

01

Your positioning statement

One clear sentence: who you serve, what you solve, why it's you. Say it out loud without hesitation.

02

Your honest self-audit

Know exactly where you stand today — your real strengths, your real gaps, your real opportunities. No flattery.

03

Your 90-day sprint plan

Three concrete milestones. Real actions. Starting the Monday after the programme ends.

04

Your cohort community

20 people on the same journey. The relationships you build here are part of the product.

10 days. 3 live sessions. Daily thinking prompts.

Week 1

See clearly. Think honestly.

We start by diagnosing where you actually are — not where you think you should be. You'll map the disruption landscape, complete a deep self-audit using the AUTHOR Framework, and identify the gap between where you are and where you're heading.

Week 2

Choose a direction. Own it.

We move from diagnosis to design. You'll build your personal positioning statement, define your 90-day sprint, and learn how to make your learning visible without performing.

    Orientation & Awareness Triangle™

Orientation, Awareness Triangle™ introduction, and cohort bonding.

7

Is this for you?

This is for you if…

  • You're between 18 and 30 and navigating what to do next
  • You're a student, fresh graduate, or early-career professional in Nigeria
  • You feel like you have potential but no clear direction
  • You've been consuming content for months without moving forward
  • You want structured clarity, not more motivation
  • You're ready to do the actual work, not just attend sessions

This is not for you if…

  • You're looking for a get-rich-quick shortcut
  • You're not willing to be honest with yourself
  • You want a step-by-step formula without doing any thinking
  • You can't commit 45–60 minutes daily for 10 days
Portrait of Destiny Ajakaiye, founder of FluideMinds

Destiny Ajakaiye.

Destiny Ajakaiye is a technology strategist, Software Enginer, and educator based in Abuja, Nigeria. He founded FluideMinds to help young Africans build future-ready skills, and Uptouch Media Labs to help organisations use technology strategically.

His path wasn't linear. He started in a cyber cafe. He taught himself programming on borrowed laptops at night while working during the day. He nearly quit when the CSS Box Model broke his brain for a week. He didn't.

He doesn't teach from a syllabus. He teaches from the lived experience of someone who had to figure it out — in Nigeria, without a safety net, with everything to prove.

“Africa isn't short on potential. It's short on bridges. This programme is one of those bridges.”
— Destiny Ajakaiye

Questions you probably have.

How much time does this require each day?
45–60 minutes for the async prompts, plus the 3 live sessions (90 minutes each on Days 1, 5, and 10). Most people do the async work over breakfast or in the evening.
What if I fall behind?
All live sessions are recorded and available for 60 days. The community moves together but you're never locked out. Catch up at your pace.
Is this only for people in tech?
No. The frameworks apply to any field — creative work, business, social enterprise, education. What matters is that you're young, in Nigeria, and serious about your direction.
Can my parents or employer pay for me?
Yes. We'll send a payment link and, if needed, a formal sponsorship letter. Email us at hello@fluideminds.org.
What makes this different from a course?
A course delivers content. This programme produces output. You don't leave with notes — you leave with a positioning statement, an audit, and a 90-day plan. Those are yours.
Will Destiny actually be in the sessions?
Yes. Every live session is facilitated by Destiny personally. This is not a recorded course or a programme run by assistants.
What if it's not for me?
If you complete the first 5 days and feel the programme isn't delivering what it promised, reach out directly. We'll have a conversation.

Stop waiting for clarity to arrive. You have to build it.

Every cohort is 20 people. Once it's full, it's full — the next one opens in two months. If you know you need this, don't talk yourself out of applying.
